The National Opin ovi -projects are a part of the ESF Operational Programme for Continental Finland. The projects operate within the 3rd priority, Technical assistance, of the Regional Competitiveness and Employment Objective.

Within the ESF Operational programme there are approximately 30 regional Opin ovi -projects as well as the four national projects ERKKERI, STUDIO, NUOVE and the Coordination Project for Adult Guidance.
